Contactless IC Card Reader

GPOEM RF series readers connected to a PC through RS-232 serial interface. The new products support the MEMORY card and CPU card of the MIFARE and MIFARE PRO. GPOEM RF series product has different kind of operation distance such as RF-25LT series, RF-35LT series (KRF-35 series), RF-100LT series.

Features:

• Encryption algorithm and mutual authentication is available for data transmission between card and reader. In addition, communication errors can be self-detected by reader.
• Anti-collision. Capable of handling multiple cards at one time unit.

Software Configuration:

Software including Demo program, libraries and application examples:

• Demo: provided Mifdemos.exe (run on DOS)
• Libraries: Borland C, Foxpro for DOS, Win16/32 dynamic libraries for windows.
• Application examples: provided various programming languages examples such as VB3.0/5.0, DELPHI3.0, BC etc.
  

Block Diagram:

The reader, integrated of antenna and read/write control unit, is communicated with a PC through RS-232 serial interface. The maximum distance between reader and PC is 15 meters. The antenna is connected with read/write unit through a 50£[ copper cable with a maximum distance of 0.5 meters.
