GPOEM Baleen series ---
Contact IC Card Reader
Products of GPOEM Baleen series operate on both memory
card and CPU card. The new products have divided into
two main types --- external IC card reader and internal
IC card reader. The basic functions of these two types
of readers are similar but the size of the internal reader
is relatively small, therefore, it can be placed into
PC.

AT24C01A/24C02/24C04/24C08/24C16/24C64, AT88SC102, AT88SC1604/1604B, AT45D041,
AT93C46/93C46A - SIEMENS:
SLE4432/4442, SLE4418/4428, SLE4404, SLE4406 - CPU
card (both T = 0 and T = 1 protocols)
- Communication Port: RS232 serial
port
- Baud Rate: 1200bps ~ 115200bps
- Buzzer available for
reader
- Memory Features: after initialization, the reader stores current
transportation method even after shut down the computer
- Password Protection:
if the reader has set the password, the user must enter the password every time
before using it
- Interface Function: support DOS/Windows/NT/UNIX/LINUX
programming environment
- Examples: support examples for user to program
easily
- Additional features:
- SAM socket: a small SAM socket available
by request
- Power supply: use the PC internal 5V
